Subscription Box Shipping

Your first subscription box will ship within 2 business days. First-time orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except for National Holidays. For recurring orders, boxes will ship the first week of the next month. Most orders will be delivered within 2-7 days, but there are certain instances where delivery may take as long as 10 days. 

International delivery times vary by location, mail service and customs. Typical international delivery time is 10-15 business days. 

If you purchase a subscription later in the month, your shipments will automatically be pushed back an additional month. For example, if you purchased a subscription at the end of January, your first order will ship out right away and your second box will be shipped out the first week of March. After that, you will receive monthly shipments.

Domestic shipping rates per box are as follows. Carriers may vary:

Pequena: $5 flat rate

Mediana: $6 flat rate

Grande: $7 flat rate

Address Changes

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is listed correctly on your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order. Incorrect shipping addresses can result in delays and/or lost orders.
