Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING on any $75 online purchases to the contiguous states. Merchandise total must reach $75 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping. Free shipping offer not valid on prior purchases or orders going to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or international orders. Mexicrate reserves the right to end or modify this promo at any time.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except for National Holidays.
Once a package departs our warehouse, you should expect delivery within 2-7 days depending on your distance from California. But there are certain instances where delivery may take as long as 10 days. International delivery times vary by location, mail service and customs. Typical international delivery time is 10-15 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm PT will be shipped the same business day.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the US and Canada, only. Orders under 10 lbs will have a flat rate shipping of $20. Orders over $40 CAD may be subject to Duty/Taxes.

Address changes
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is listed correctly on your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order. Incorrect shipping addresses can result in delays and/or lost orders.
Delayed orders

Returned orders
Orders that are returned to the office without prior return authorization are subject to a restocking fee. Non-subscription orders that are returned to sender by the delivery service are subject to a refund based on eligibility; shipping is non-refundable. Non-subscription orders are eligible for one free reshipment within the US only.
